I need to change the feed neck on my new spped to fit my egg does the neck un screw?

You can just sand the end of the EGG down and it will fit perfetcly and remember sand for a little bit and then try it on b/c you cant put back on but you can always take away

Depends what kind of feed neck you have. If you have a twist lock, just change the o-rings on the inside and your egg will fit. If you have the stock you can sand the egg down or get a twist lock, the sponsors sell them and they will fit any hopper.

I did get the upgrades with the speed that included the twist lock and the egg fits right in. However I didn't want to force the old neck off as it didn't want to twist off to easily. Does it unscrew? thanks

I see that however the base is still mounted in the gun and that is what needs to be changed.

strap wrench
keep in mind it can be tough to remove the feedneck, they (or somebody) had used alot of green loctite on mine, and it was scratch to hell after using a padded bench vise to remove it. but a strap wrench should do it just fine. and usually available at any SEARS
