Best Tank To Use With A Speed

I have heard that tanks with high pressure presets (800-850 psi) may cause problems with Speeds in regards to the chrono. Is this true and I should I get a tank with a low pressure preset (450 psi).

my output is 450 and i use a maxflow ...........the only smart parts peice that s fine by me......
