Vibes Patch....Where art thou!?!?

everytime i play, that damn notorious VIBES problem keeps happenning and my ir3 always resets...settings, id, shot counter, EVERYTHING!!! i just got a palm pilot and this site got changed around, and now i cant seen to find the "vibes patch". It is driving me nucking futs...does anyone know where i can find it??? thanks...
