i have a speed, today i was testing it out and when i shoot the bolt sticks for about 2 seconds then releases, i checked ram, lpr, dwell, cleaned valve and ram, love juice and dow 33 on bolt, nothing helped it almost seems as if my bolt it tight when i push it in the gun, not the breech but where the feed tube is. I took out the detents and feed neck thinking that could be it.
i have a tourny tomrow and dont want to have to bust out the piranha, and suggestions i dont want to have to sucide bunker all day...

clean everything off of the bolt, it shouldnt be lubed.
are the plugs in the frame in the right places?

make sure your Air pressures are correct (ie input and LPR) make sure that your plugs are in the right ports, and make sure that you've got a proper ram adjustment. Also make sure that you don't have too much grease in the ram area....this isn't a Matrix that needs a ton of grease.

Emmit was talking about you connections plugs going into the board, you will need to open your grips to make sure that they are in tight.

Maybe your solenoid plug is connected to the hopper port?

yea i was thinking that too until i read about the bolt being lubed,

it might have swollen up which could be causing this,

never lube the bolt

but still check the wires, if not try getting your hands on another bolt and see if it still happens

the bolt won't swell unless he let in sit in lube for days, in my experiance in lubing delrin bolts they don't swell enough to do anything

hey this happens to me all the time, emmit, about that grease thing, i notice alot of grease coming out when i dryfire at the edges of the breech, what should i do about that?

oh, and i just never lube my bolt, works better that way.

i also get some stick when i chop a ball, then it sticks.

i also have problems with chopping... hmm...

the bolt sticking forward when you chop a ball is because you're getting shell caught between the bolt and the body of the marker, only thing you can do to prevent that is not chop:wink:

if you're getting oil and grease oozing out of the breech then yeah it sounds like you've got way too much in there.

Lube + Delrin bolt = swelling
Swollen Delrin Bolt + a light sanding to get regular size = Delrin bolt shrinking from gradually losing the grease and the bolt becomes to small.

I've heard form alot of people that oiling the delrin bolt can run u a bit..lucky the new A4 botlsa re only a nice 15-20$! :swing:
