Unfortunately, the palm software does not work on my Handspring Visor. I heared from someone that you can use a laptop with a infrared port by using a Palm Immulator. Does anyone know were to get a copy of this Immulator?

I don't think there was anything officially said about doing it that way. In an IDEAL world, you'd be able to do so because you'd be running the software on your laptop, and you'd use the laptops IR ports. However in the real world I don't this has been tried as of yet.
Bill Mills does state in his review that there is a known problem with the Handsprings. Whether or not WDP is doing anything to correct/fix this problem is still unkown. I don't know that WDP has said anything about whether they were looking into it, however there has already been a mention of V2.0 and it may or may not work on the Handsprings.

One more input on the matter.
Laptops are always emitting the ir beam (if you have it enabled in settings) in search for another laptop. When I had my IR3 on fetch niether of the two responded. Usually when a laptop picks up another IR it shows an icon in your taskbar (on Windows XP)
Just a thought =)
