For those with non screw in tanks (adjustable tanks), what do you do with your tank after play?
I'm in the market for an adjustable tank. With my screw in, I would just screw it off and store the marker seperately. What do people do with an adjustable tank. You need to remove the macroline or use a quick disconnect.

Disconnect the macro line, unscrew the WDP mini drop, and store it seperate from my marker.

yuck, that seems like a pain. the screw in definitely seems more convenient. I think when I break down and get an adjustable system I'll just leave it on the marker. Is that bad for it?>

You can leave it on the marker as long as the air is off and you shoot out the air that was in it. I take it apart so I can put my Force in a Redz bag. Taking off the AIR takes about 2 minutes max.

depending on where your from tho laws differ....I believe PA passed a law that states that the tank cannot be on the marker or some whacked out BS like that.
I leave my AIR on my marker at all times, I just adjust the output pressure to 0, then put a marker condom on it (I got mine from Extreme Rage, but Redz makes some too).

If you put a slide-check on it and use hard-line instead of macro, you can just d/c the slide and keep the tank on the marker, and you can keep air in the tank.

I used my redz case and zip it around the angel air after i've backed the pressure out to 0 and shot the remaining pressure out of the gun.

i think a gun stand would look kick ass and is a good way to hide the fact that you dont wanna take off the tank. lol.

It also depends if you have an on/off valve. I leave my conquest on the marker, but turn it off and fire all the air out of the mini-reg. My teammates with AIRs have put on/off switches and then hard lines so they can do the same. The problem with disconnecting the macroline all the time is that eventually the seal is not so good and you have to cut and fit a new piece.
We are not allowed to have markers out of the field of play that do not have a barrel condom or a barrel plug on.
