guys my angel force trigger pull is so long are u able to make it really short like the speed and every other trigger can someone help me plz

As Morant pionted out it's on page 42. Just be patient, when you adjust the wheels and tighten the grub screws, you set up will be slightly different. You might have to tinker with it for a while, adjust the trigger with your air on, this way you will know if it's set up right or not.
