just got a new max flo works great and everything except i've noticed my psi slowly depletes. One day i'll look at it's at 3500 and then the next day it's nearing 3000. i was wondering if i could dunk it under water see if bubbles come out and find where the leak is or if you guys have any ideas.

I have the EXACT same problem...
My output gauge broke the very first day I used it. I wrote Smart Parts, TWICE, and they didn't get back to me. Doesn't say much for them if they can't even respond to two emails I sent them.

Have you tried calling them? You spent $250 + on their air system, I'm sure you can afford a .50 cent phone call to their tech support department.
As for the leak, have you taken apart the manifold to verify all the seals are not damaged or not sealing properly?

First off, I played all day Sunday and then dropped my gun off Monday at the shop for some "work" with my air... so no, I haven't tested it.
Secondly, as I said, "it doesn't say much for them if they can't even respond to two emails I sent them" so does it really matter if I didn't call them yet? Especially when the instant you email them you get an email BACK saying they are working on your issue.

Email should never be the first approach. They probably handle several hundred a day and chances are any email received is pooled and then sorted later. Not to mention you have to factor in their judgment on the "importance" level of your email.
With a phone call you're guaranteed to get someone to assist you, eliminating the "wait and hope" approach entirely.
Chances are the email you received back is an auto-responder sent to make the customer feel like they're really helping you, when in reality no one may ever look at your e-mail. They answer their phones, they don't have to answer emails.

Check the o-ring on your on-off lever. Since it's a slow leak I doubt that it's broken. Clean and lube, reassemble and see if it helped.

uhh yea cleaning, lubing and checking for damaged seals is never a bad idea.
as for SP's customer service in my expirience it was excellent both email and telephone. it probly has a bit to do with the fact that they recently released the 03 shocker if i had to guess because when i emails them they responded relatively quickly(2 buisness days)
