Hey I just baught a 2k Dark LCD. Im looking for a place to send it to get it completely cleaned greased, oil and all of that. In addition to a cleaning service since its a 2k its got the little key switch. I want to convert it to a normal switch just like the newer LCD and IR3s. Also the rod that hold the chamber is rusted so things like that need to also be replaced. How much money am i looking at and should i sent it to TAG, or what?

You're looking at about $60-$70 for the service performed. In addition you maybe charged for the breech rod if it needs to be replaced. The key switch is about $25 but it makes more sense to get the upgraded battery as well, which is approximately $90 ontop of the service charge.

where do you get one of those key switch things and is it easy to put on?

if you purchase a new NiMH battery it comes with the switch instead of the yellow tab key
