Halo Feed Necks

I did a search and came up empty handed.

i bought a halo about a month ago. the feedneck snapped inside of my vertical feed of my new speed. any1 else had this happen to them?

yah just send it to Odyssey, but no out of the 30+ people i know i have NEVER heard of this

no no no no no dont send it to them just ask your local store to order u a shell.. at my field pettys they sent in 4 halos that only needed new shells and got back halos with new every thing and stuck with a 400 dollar bill

You can order a shell if you want but as long as its under waranty its covered by the waranty. I just send mine in for the same problem and my friends with it for a broken battery cover.

$400? Even if they added new shells, zboards, and rips to all of them that wouldn't cost $400. Sounds a little off

Oddessy is an awsome company and I've sent HALOs to them numerous times, turn around has always been less than 2 weeks (except when they moved, took a bit longer) and their customer service is great. One of their reps is a little bit of a ☼☼☼☼ though over the phone I seem to get him a lot to, eh w.e.
