I've been having a problem with our very own J. Gruber.....

That R-11 bolt he's been raving about, well it was mine until I sent it to him. He agreed to buy it, and we decided we'd send at the same time. Well he's received the bolt, and he's obviously been using it, however I've still not received payment for it. Various PM's, and IM's and still no resolution to the problem. Excuses abound, and it's been darned near a month already. Needless to say I feel I've been burned. I hope that this is only a 1 time experience but I don't think I'll be selling to him again after this experience.

i dont appreciate this bashing. I told you when i sent the battery it was in perfect condition AND IT WAS!!! The battery wasnt used for a while, mine friend gave it to me when he sold his gun and it was workign fine. The battery's wire WAS IN the connector when i shipped it and it held a charge for me. It is not my responsibility if the mail screws up the package because you did not request any special treatment (i.e. insurance). Nor is it my problem if your charger screws up the battery then you blame it on me. I have sold/bought more things through ebay/forums than most people in here and this is the first time i have ever received any bad comments and i am certain that it is not my responsibility. And i am certain that you are not allowed to post my full name without permission. I demand that you edit your post and delete my name. This battery worked fine when i sent it and i have told you that numerous times through email and you deny every fact i have stated. I am ashamed of you bashing on me like that when i told you numerous times that this battery worked fine and i had no problems with it nor did my friend. Excuse me for writing your name in there but that is not what this is about. First off you did not ask me if i wanted the battery insured(but every seller on ebay in the past has done for me ). Second you said that the battery was charged for 7 HOURS before shipping but when i recieved it, it was completely dead. now you cant tell me that the wire came out of the connector AND the battery went dead while shipping. Lastly i wanted to send the battery back to you and you return the money but you manage to say that you already spent the money order and you have no money. I would send the battery back to you because it doesn`t work without you sending me money but i wouldn`t want you ripping anyone else off like you did me. I would like to get other people in this discussion, what do you think the chances are that the battery disconnected itself from the connector AND turned itself on during shipping?What do you think Emmit?

Ok, first, we agree to trade... My angel air and angel for his impulse, a tank, and 375 cash. We agree to ship on the same day. So, I ship mine, and e-mail him and ask if he had shipped mine. he sent me a delivery confirmation number. I sent him one. We shipped USPS priority mail. he then waits until the day before it would be delivered, and cancelled the delivery of the gun and tank. He recieved my gun and tank, but I didn't get his. I e-mail him and ask about it, and he explains how he got my gear, and the tank leaked really bad, so he wanted to undo the trade. I said no. He later told me that he had cancelled the delivery, so I really don't have any choice. Oh, and even better, he explained that the tank leaked, and when I asked if he had flash filled it and blew the reg, he told me he hadn't had it filled yet. The tank was shipped empty! He keeps avoiding that question, and won't answer it. how the heck does a tank leak without being filled? This little peice of crap blew my tank, messing up my gear, and then accused me of sending him a bad tank, and demanded the trade be undone. So, I'm pressing charges. ben2323is a bad buyer bought my angel led package. sent me an email saying he wasn't allowed to buy it after it had already shipped. then sent another email saying he was allowed to keep it and he used it and it was great, then called me and emailed me saying he wanted his money back... then when i finally had the cash to buy it back from him he tells me he has to wait to see if his other buyer who is paying more will buy it. i told him to decide now whether or not he wanted me to cancel the sale or not and final his dad made him sell it back... total screw around kid ...... don't sell him a damn thing if you unless you want a major hassle. pain in the a$$!!!!!!!! now he is telling me that it will ship tommorrow and i payed him yesterday... thru paypal...
update.....I got it back the other day looks like he used channel locks on the reg but other than that it works great same as when i sent it...... kid is still a jerk off though,.....don't buy/sell/trade with him

Maybe I'm wrong, you have to decide for your self. I print the facts as I remember them and maybe he'll do the same. KmArt posted he wanted a fiber wraped tank for 80 to 100 dollars. I told him I had two, posted pics. He said to IM him. We IM'd and he told me which he wanted, I said $100 plus shipping he wrote back $85. I said okay. He wanted me to send it COD and Priorty Mail. I said okay. I shipped after paying for the COD & Proirty Mailing. Sent him an email stating the total cost $97.55. He came back with he wasn't paying twoway shipping and he had a MO for $85. I just found out to day (over a week later) he refused the package. Is he a bad trader? I don't know, but I'll never do a deal over IM where I don't have back up of the dealing being made.

i would like to warn any one of a jspring7. he is a new member to ao. even though he is new i did a trade with him. a pro cp barrel blue for 20 bucks and assorted other goods, pb tape , ect...
he said he would need it in less then a week so i sent it out next day. over 15 bucks. then he got it next day of course and then he send he sent out my package. then he said he got it back.
he has stalled this way twice so far. i don't know what he's doing, i'm not saying that he is a completely a bad trader but if you do make a deal with him make him ship first. that way he won't stall you.

He also promises things tht he doesnt back up. He says "If you arent satisfied...I'll refund your money and you keep the gun" then doesnt follow through with the offer after he neglects to send everything after over 2 months!!!! He'll ask for your address several times also so you'll think he's on it. If he gives you a confirmation number....its made up.

i traded guns with paintballguy6000. i sent him a 328 imp, with 75 cash, a new freak back, a matching teardrop, a bellsales gas thru, and a rez gun case. He was going to send me one of his two angel leds that had, dye low rise, dye volumizers(plural, meaning 2) double trigger, and with all sorts of goodies. I got a very scratched, out of tune led, that had stock grips, one dye volumizer and a dye low rise. The gun needed a new lpr right away, and cost me 80 just to get it to work. The impulse i traded was in good shape, and it had brand new sp internals, and a brand new cricket board. I was screwed in this deal, i got short sided and then he asked for more. This of course was after i waited over a week just to talk to him on the net. I then waited 3 weeks, to get the gun, and then he purposely left out a reg, and a charger. Which i received latter that week. His communication is horrible. I did end up sending him another board (amber turbo) and tracked it, it was delivered to his door step. He then posted my name on here, which further infuriarates me. He screwed me out of a good gun when i traded him a really nice 32* imp. I wish i could have tried to trade back, but i wasn't sure i would see my gun again if i sent his angel back, and i didn't feel like waiting another month.

Paintballguy6000 is a terrible trader, not to mention a price gouging liar.

he kept emphasizing how hes going to put in new batteries before sending it out so i didnt have to worry about it. so this made me think something fishy was going on so when i recieved everything before shipping out, i opened the grip frame to find out that the wiring was all melted down and being held together with duct tape

then he had his mom and dad get involved about how im trying to steal his equipment and i mentioned the condition of what he sent me and they said they wanted either my stuff or his stuff back so i sent his stuff back

then i got a phone call from them a week later about how i supposedly melted his wires and destroyed his gauges etc and tried to put it all back together using duct tape.. so they wanted me to pay for that and i was like wtf

a couple of days later, he gets a group of friends of his on pbnation to claim that they sold stuff to me or traded with me and i ripped them off.. one guy claimed i stole his brass eagle talon, another one claimed he sent me his rt mag through COD and i managed to sneak my way around not paying and keeping the mag

what kind of bs is that? eventually i cleared my name by providing all the proof about everything also i filed a claim against him with the BBB and that seemed to shake up him and his family as they settled everything because he eventually cracked and admitted to them that he tried to rip me off

We planned on trading guns, my gun + hopper for his a4 + hopper... well i sent my gun out on a monday night, he said it was closed where he lived, sencond day said it got late, on wed. he said he sent it out, but wouldn't give shipping info. my gun was 1 day from reaching him and he Auctually never sent his out... well he Lives in Canada - we talked on the phone, later the NUMBER was disconnected. We had an operator for canada and the NAME Adam Palmer didn't even exist. He auctually had the a4 black angel plus acc. but HE is in for the SCAMS, telling by what has happened i stop shipping for gun and sent it back to me before it got to him. Paying 75 for 2-3 air shipping sucked, but paying it to get back so this guy wouldn't recieve my gun made it worse, ended up paying 150 for NOTHING! just to save a 800 gun from bein stole.

Watch out for this guy, HE says he lives in Summerville ( :/ ) Canada - I dont kno his auctual name on this site, but he got my aim from it and thats were it begin.

We are now looking into contacting Canadian Police since we know his real information!

I paid this guy for a reg and he vanished. His ebay name is paintballpaul22.14 days later after paypal got involved and i tracked him down, he resurfaced and said he moved and had no computer. a user in the uk sent me a check for about $300US which i deposit into my checking account for some items he wanted, the bank charged me $5 because it was a foreign check. it took 3 weeks to clear. when it cleared, i sent out the items. then a couple of days ago, i noticed my bank charged me $60 because he had his bank reverse the check payment and had the money returned to him. but instead of taking back $300, they took back $356 so because they took back $356 and i only had $295, they charged me $60 in an overdraft charge! so

I purchased a Silver Dust 05 Speed from him a couple of weeks ago. According to his listing the gun was "Like New In Box". I chatted with him on AIM (BFranchise99) and he seemed like an honest guy. He stated he was sponsored by WDP and got guns at a discount. He also mentioned he was going to the HB tourney and that I could visit him there and he would have Ken Crane personally take a look at the gun to make sure everything was OK.

I recieved the Gun within a week at my work and the first thing I did was turn it on and test the trigger, nothing. I immediately, contacted Brian and he stated that something must have happened during shipping. This brings to light something he was adamant about when I spoke with him on AIM. He pasted a huge text file outlining how the gun was exactly as described and in perfect order and that if anything was wrong it was the shippers fault...blah blah blah...

The next thing I noticed on the gun was that the rear verneir wheel was missing. Luckily it was flying around the box with the allen wrenches because none of it were in a bag. I let him know that the picture he posted had the gun intact and the gun he sent me did not have the rear vernier wheel. His comment, "a tech took the trigger wheel out making the trigger liek 100 times lighter". Undoubtedly, this is what was wrong with the gun..please read on.

I took the gun to a local shop and they looked at it and said the Eyes were bad, so they replaced it ($25) and put the rear verneir wheel back on. Then the tech said that something was wrong with the opto board because it still would not register trigger pulls and advised me to send it to WDP.

The gun was sent to Ken Crane and he stated the same thing, the opto board sensor was bad due to trigger over-adjustment ($150 fix).

All in all, for those of you looking to purchase a gun from this person be very wary about what the condition of the equipment is in. His packing also lacks effort. He could have put the allen wrenches in a bad, instead of putting in the box with the gun. This guy is so stupid, he must have assumed that the wrenches would have stayed put in the exact same position during the entire shipment. His response to why there were tools all over the box, "if everything was thrown around in the box that was undoubtably due to shipping." Of course everything would have been thrown around if you don't put the things into a small baggy.

I know that he is selling a RED 04 Speed here in the forum... just be careful... Don't let him fool you. Ask him for detailed pictures and a listing of feedback for him...

I bought an angel 04 speed from him, on the deal he agreed to throw in an egg2 to make the deal. I agreed and bought it. I was suppossed to receive a confirmation number however that never happened. I sent cashiers check and the marker was to be sent the next day 3-20-05 then received a email stating that the post office closed early. I sent several emails but never got anything. Finally I called and got ahold of him, he said the marker and egg were sent the day prior, 2 seperate boxes because he was unable to locate a box big enough. I asked for a tracking number which was promised and he stated he didnt know if he got one and searched through his wallet while on the phone. He stated he would go the next day and get me one. No repsonse ever received.
A couple of days later the marker was received, i emailed him and stated no egg2 was received and was told he would follow up and let me know the status of the insurance. 2 weeks later about 3 emails 7 private messages and several phone calls, No response, doesnt read private messages at least from me. I have told him that i dont want to leave negative feedback, however he wont answer. He is posting daily on the site, but apparently is not concerned about making good on the deal. Its not even the egg2 that bothers me its the fact that this guy just doesnt care.................... Be careful with this seller.

Hey fellow AOG members. I need some help. I recently purchased an 05 Speed along with other items from a person here on AOG. He preffered an overnighted MO, so I agreed to overnight the money if he overnighted the marker and equipment when he recieved the MO. Well, he recieved the money Tuesday, but I did not recieve the marker and equipment Wednesday. Today, is Thursday, so what should I do. I've sent several pm's, but he has not responded. Any suggestions? THanks ahead of time.

..folks, 'caveat empor' applies when you deal on the Internet.

I suggest the following:

1.) Don't let your desire overrule your sensibilities.... you can wait a few days extra.

2.) Think ahead, use the 3rd party services that some of the MT's offer. It's the best way to ensure your money/product doesn't just 'disappear', PLUS, you can have the marker checked out for problems or have ups done at the same time. You will actually save on shipping costs as well, avoiding receiving then shipping back out, then receiving again..3 shiping charges -vs- 1. Do the math.

3.) Use payment options that allow you to recover your funds should something go awry...options htat have the bite of 'legality' behind them. Just understand, some of these options may take time to resolve, so patience is a requirement.

4.) Develop your sense of patience... bottom line, if you can't be patient, you will jump into risky ventures. In some cases if you had been able to endure a few days more waiting, you would not have lost money/product. When the shi+ hits the fan, you usually end up spending more money (and time) recovering your losss...and miss out on equal or better deals that come by both on the net or locally while trying to resolve.

... I can only suggest you look over the method in which you paid him (PayPal, CC, MO, whatever) and see if there is a means to contest the sale and recover the money. If that doesn't work, then look at legal options. The amount of money will be a determining factor for some of the legal options, and method of transfer will be another, especially if the post office was used.

Seller sold me gun, and I sent moneyorder. Two weeks after he recieved it the gun finally came. I open the box to find that the package is missing items (volumizers and jersey). I then look at the charger and the end is broken off. Then when I was looking at the bolt the breech knob breaks off. I told him to send the items I still have not recieved them and he has stoped talking to me. I also just recnetly found out when I went to air it up for the first time that the gun is broken. I am sending it into TAG soon. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM. I WOULD ALSO RECCOMEND A BAN FROM THIS SITE, WE DON'T NEED THESE TYPES AROUND!

this kid doesn't trust anyone and i don't want to entrust sending my marker to a 15 year old first. so we were supposed to do a 3rd party trade, i even offered to pay for it all.

the only thing left to do was to ship everything to the third party service and to pay for the shipping fees to receive the items once everythings checked out.

i paid for everything and shipped out. he tells me he shipped out his stuff too. he also tells me that he was going to contact the third party and have them ship everything out to him overnight. while we were talking, i told him what the rate difference would be between 2 day and 1 day, according to the ups site, but he says it doesn't matter because his dad would pay for it.

the next day, he tells me he didn't send the money along with the marker to the third party and that he would mail me a money order. the same night, out of nowhere, he starts claiming i'm scamming him somehow then starts messaging everyone who posted in my trade thread that i'm scamming.

today, i received an email from the store doing the third party trade service. they email both parties when they receive the equipment and do an evaluation to make sure everything is as described. they told me that he shipped everything in a big box and everything was tossed around inside but the only physical damage was a scratch to the barrel. next, i read that the solenoid was blown because he overpressurized the marker probably due to the fact that he didn't have the bolt in correctly. when they were trying to open the breech, the breech was jammed so they took a look inside and saw the bolt was half way foward which is impossible unless the bolt isn't seated correctly. so they advise me not to go through with the trade and to just cancel it and have our things shipped back.

about a few hours later, i receive an email from the third party service that he sent them a mass number of emails calling them a scam and saying he wants them to ship my dm5 to him overnight and that he's going to press charges if he doesn't receive it by morning. they sent him and his father (person who was supposed to pay for shipping overnight but didn't) an email stating that they still have not received the check or money order written out to me for $50, the damage to the solenoid, and they also had never paid the balance for overnight shipping.

i also tried to contact the kid's dad but he seems to think that his kid is a good boy who's not ripping anyone off when it's kind of obvious.

...sad, but things like this happen. Wdp-Fly did the smart thing, went thru a 'disinterested' 3rd party intermediate.... safe, secure and definitely less stress. The other parties attempts to 'slander' are bothersome, but laws are in place to mitigate such attempts to ruin individuals that acted in good faith....

...let's not forget the one thing that the advent of the internet has done, created that air of 'anonymous' that less than sincere individuals can hide behind, to include their 'dealings'. Caveat Empor...

I had another problem going on in the same thread i started for my markers for sale. Powder Toast Man replied saying he was interested so I asked him to also go through with a 3rd party trade. Everything sounded like it was going smoothly until 2 days later.. my marker had already arrived at the 3rd party location.

Powder Toast Man claims he cancelled his UPS shipment and got it back from the UPS store - which sounds like a lie because no UPS store would ever return a package marked to be shipped out. I know 3 people who work for UPS and told me the same thing.

Next he messages me and tells me to use a different 3rd party trader his picked out called: www.splatpaintball.org

I decided to call up the place. They told me that they don't do a 3rd party trading service but we could use them for it, however they won't be liable for anything. A bit fishy that he wanted to use that eh?

When I had mentioned that to Powder Toast Man, he immediately stopped responding to my private messages.

...in the case of WDP specific products, I would only go thru any MT that offers the service. I know BoB @ FixMyAngel does, but not sure which other MT's do as well. If the otehr party doesn't wish to use an established and reputable 3rd such as FMA, then our negotiations end...

he left replies for me in my post to trade his speed + freak back for my dm4. we also spoke through pm, email, and aim. when we finally confirmed everything on aim, he agreed to do 3rd party shipping with me. it's been almost a week now and i haven't had any replies from him. i tried contacting the 3rd party service to see if they received his marker but they said no. they said the only contact he's made with them was an email to ask for their address and confirmation of the 3rd party service.

i should start making it a rule not to trade with people under a certain number of posts :P

Was supposed to make a 3rd party trade with him. I sent in my items, he tells me the next day that he didn't send his items yet but would send it in overnight. I was supposed to trade a DM4 and he was trading an Angel 05 Speed.

The items are at the 3rd party and they do checks on all gear. They inform me that he didn't pack anything properly, all the items were scattered throughout the large box, there were scratches on the barrel, paint throughout the marker, the regulator had a clog, the solenoid was blown, and the bolt wasn't even seated properly, it was out of place so they weren't able to open to breech until they slide the bolt back and opened it.

Then I find out, not even from him but from the 3rd party trade that he's cancelling the trade and we have so we have to pay shipping to get our items back.

They fowarded me an email from Jeff Polen saying that he's going to pay all of the fees for the 3rd party trade + shipping 2nd day air. It's been a couple of weeks now and I still haven't received my items so I check with the 3rd party and they say that Jeff Polen still hasn't sent payment and they fowarded the emails to me regarding this.

So I ended up just paying to have my items shipped back even though he agreed to pay for it.

don't bother trying to sell to KidPaint

we were talking through posts, private messages, and yahoo about him buying my gun. here's a detailed description of what happened

10/20 to 10/22 i get messages from KidPaint saying he's interested in the gun

10/23 he tells me not to sell the gun to anyone else and to post it as sold

10/24 he tells me to email him the final price again, address, etc and says he will sent out a money order the next day

10/25 he claims he will get the money order and send it out that day

10/26 he tells me he got the money order and will send it out the next day then complains about why i'm selling the gun so cheap. he claims it's broken so i take pictures and send him a video to show him it works. moments later, he messages me claiming he lost the money order.

10/27 he tells me he will get a new money order by friday and send it out to me when he gets it. then he messages me again offering an extra $25 if i wait and don't sell it to anyone else so i agree.

10/29 he messages me again making sure that i haven't sold it and that i accepted his offer of an additional $25 not to sell it so i confirm it with him again.

10/30 he messages me claiming that i'm scamming him and backs out from the deal



lessons learned: don't sell to anyone with the word "kid" in their names. if someone offers you more money, they're not really going to buy anything. if someone claims they "lost" their money order, they're just pulling your chain and aren't really going to buy anything.

ok here's what was going on. i had an impulse listed up here and this guy pm's me saying he wants to trade his angel air tank 68/4500 adjustable with me.

he sent me 2 pics, 1 of the screen (turned on and so bright you can't see anything) and the 2nd was of the hydro date but flash was so high that you could only see the numbers. i asked him about the sticker because i saw 04 so asked him how old the tank was and he told me he just purchased it online a month ago and it didn't have to be tested until 07.

he pm's me saying he'll ship first and once it's sent out, i'll ship it out. luckily, he pm'ed me late so i didn't know it was already sent out so i got the item before i shipped out but i got a tank alright... here's the problems:

- first off, the tank was all covered up in A LOT of duct tape and electrical tape!!! it took me at least 10 minutes trying to get it all off.

- next, the tank was not empty, it had air in it. once all that duct tape and electrical tape came off, i heard a giant hissing because the tank was leaking! the leak was very very bad and leaking from several places on the bottle

- the tank not only was covered in a lot of duct tape and electrical tape but there was a lot of "hot glue" that was applied to the tank as well

- the tank is NOT an angel air tank, it was some generic brand covered up with A LOT of DYE stickers.

- the tank is expired. he told me it was brand new and didn't have to be tested until 07. the actual markings say the tank was made in 01. there's a sticker on the tank saying it's RESTEST DATE is 2/04 so the tank is expired

- the only thing that was angel about this tank was the regulator and that was also in horrible condition!

- the screws to hold the cover were all missing

- the cover was crakced around the screen and all 4 corners of the cover were broken so even if i had the screws, they would serve no use

- there was a lot of dried up battery acid around the wiring and corners



DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY!!

not only did he try to screw me over but he also could have gotten me SERIOUSLY INJURED or KILLED!!

the box that he shipped everything in looked crazy and it got thrown out already but it was some really old box. he wrapped the tank up with a big fedex envelope.. i dont know why he didn't just put the tank in the big envelope. then he wrapped it up with some newspaper. then on the top and bottom of the box, he had broken pieces of styrofoam.

the box he shipped everything in was being held together with scotch tape...

this is not what happened at all and this is completely wrong that you are placing me as a bad trader over it first things first i told you if you weren't satisfied just send the tank back and things would be ok but i have not heard from you since your first pm stating all the things wrong with the tank, the tank is in fine condition because i just used it this weekend before i sent it off and most of the things you describe as probelms are not problems at all, the tank does not leak, the only leak would be where i losened the disc screw to release all the air before i shipped it, and when things heat up sometimes air expands so i guess some air could be pushing out when you took the tank out of the box if it was a hot day, but all you would have to do is tighten the disc screw.
there was not any tape on the tank i don't know where that comes from,
i explained to you that the faceplate on the reg was broke and was easily ordered from wdp with the screws for 10 dollars, i even sent you picks of it taken off of the tank showing you how it was broke.
angel air does not even make a tank, all the tanks on the angel air regulators come from the same place and that is the same tank they all have on it.
the hot glue was applied when they tested it to keep people from removing the test date i guess, it was a little messy, but it's not even really noticable and it's not like i was there to tell them wait don't do that.

as for the hyrdro, how could i of purchased it brand new a month ago if the date you said you saw in the pic was in 04 the tank was tested in 04 i don't know why it says retest date, but many others i know say the same thing, but either way i sent you pics of that also.

i don't want any problems man i just want my tank sent back to me so i can use it or trade it to someone else. i sent you plenty of pictures you knew everything about it and it's definatly not in the shape you say because i just used it

EDIT as for the box, i didn't send it off i had my roomate who works at the post office take it in and mail it off so i didn't actually see what he sent it in so i don't know how pretty it was but i don't see why that matters, he just didn't know what it was and didn't want it to get hurt while being shipped

i've seen tanks that were re-tested and never have i seen a sticker like that. even if it were re-tested, it would have failed with the bad leaks. the leaks were coming from the actual bottle! like i said in the messages, the image of the sticker was hard to read and i asked you if it was made in 04? you told me yes and it didn't have to be tested until 07 and you bought it brand new a month ago. just because you buy a tank at a certain time doesnt mean thats the date it'll read on the tank

as for the trade, you NEVER mentioned any problems when i asked you about it. you said it was in perfect condition when i had asked. if this weren't the case, i would have never accepted your offer. i would have never accepted if i knew of all these problems and i would have never accepted if i knew i had to replace anything

as for your room mate sending out the package, in a pm.. you told me it was your WIFE who sent out the package, the day after you sent it out. also who uses all those different kinds of tapes to ship a package out?

is there a picture of where the leak is? all of the pics really only show the reg cover and the hot glue. the hot glue is how they used to attach the test tags back in the day.

It sounds and looks like from all the post you have put up.....wdp fly.....you have either found all the deadbeats in the country or just very unlucky.

My advice......buy your paintball gear.....keep it until you have no use for it....stay away from trading and selling.....play paintball

had me going for over 2 weeks that he wanted to buy my angel speed w/ a4 fly board and lcd. says he sent me a money order through priority mail (which takes 2-3 days), i never got it. i ask for tracking number, says he doesn't have one. so he said he'll cancel it.

then he says he'll write me a check instead so we can do this faster. i got the check and deposited it. after 2 days, it says the money is in my account. so i tell him i'll send it out during the weekend when i have time.

the next day, i get an email from him asking me who installed the board and lcd. i said i did because it's very easy to do. then i got another email asking if it has eyes? i told him no and that the post didn't say it had eyes. he sends me another email asking how much to install it? i told him the MT rates and the rate if he did it himself and had the drilling done himself.. he emails me back saying "oh man!" so i reply asking.. what? is there a problem? i didn't hear from him after that.

on saturday, i look into my account online to pay some bills before i head to the post office and then i see the money is missing from my account and i got hit with a $25 chargeback fee. i called up the bank to find out why?

the guy wrote a bad check, he had "insufficient funds" in his account

took me a while to find this, i resent his negativeness on the subject, i was VERY nice with his negligence (sp) to send out the items as it took him multiple attempts to get everythign to me, and he got the nerve to get upset cuz i would'nt send the gun 2nd day to him cuz it took him forever to get his part of the trade to me not to mntion i even let him alter the ORIGIONAL trade which included an ION to defer his worries of getting ripped off. So all in all my part of the deal was finished when i sent the gun out and i didnt leave ANY neative feedback for this child anywhere. I have taken care of clients that i have delt with in the past and to this day and have awesome feedback on PBN and on ebay.

Alright, all the info listed there, is the same information that wdp-fly gave to my buddy. They were going to trade (4 Icon-Zs + Cash for wdp-fly's a4 boarded 04 speed).

My buddy sent the Icons out first, and they were returned to him a few days later. wdp-fly claimed that he wasn't home when they tried to deliver it, so they sent it back... parcel services don't send the package back to the return address if no one's home, they take it to their closest store/PO.

After seeing that thread, (which theres a link to above) my buddy didn't even consider sending back the Icons to wdp-fly for a second attempt.

Not to mention wdp-fly has reported about 7 bad traders in a VERY short amount of time..

same thing happened with me and i have the pm's to proove it! i bougt an A4 fly from him and i sent out a money order. he recieved money august 22, 2005! i have the pm that says "got the $100 and $500 money orders". i really want my money back i waited for a while to act because to tell you the truth i gave up hope...but now ive given him enough time to make the situation right and he hasnt. i might call baruch college's department of public saftey and see if they can locate him. anyone have a REAL name for this guy? we all seem to have the same addresses so hes not switching addresses. we realy need to stop this guy.

on saturday, i look into my account online to pay some bills before i head to the post office and then i see the money is missing from my account and i got hit with a $25 chargeback fee. i called up the bank to find out why?

the guy wrote a bad check, he had "insufficient funds" in his account

are you and baruchpbclub into scamming together? i have a pm confirming the date he recieved the money orders and i STILL STILL have no gun, all i want is my money back...but i can see ill have to take this a step further and get the athoritties involved..

Hey man, I never wrote a check to you!!! I sent a USPS Money Order 3 times, and each time it came back saying no such address!!! So how am i a bad seller/trader?
I dont even have a bank account none the less... So how could i send a check...

Here is a reverse lookup on the URL the more you post the harder it gets for him and the less work (internet searching) the authorities need to do.
URL is down so something is up. Contact Yahoo for more info. They need bank ID and other information to open a store on their network. They also verify this info before allowing you to setup shop.

Speedballer06 contacted me about my Alias that I had for sale. He kept asking me to ship first and I kept asking him about some feedback or a third party trade. He kept feeding me some line about his mom not letting him send money first. I insisted on a third party that way everyone is covered. He then sends a feedback from PBN with a different username. I thought that was weird, but sometimes people have different names on different forums. I pm the screen name on PBN and tells me that he never contacted me about an Alias and that he is not a member of AOG. I pm'ed Speedballer06 and confronted him and he has yet to respond. If he wants to explain why he used someone elses feedback please do so otherwise I amd saying that you are a scammer and want to warn everyone about you.

It seems he always wants to ship out at the same time but he always has an excuse why he couldnt ship. When asked for feedback he suplies none. Yeah I already started the Paypal claims process. I just hope he has funds in his account and that he cares about using Paypal anymore... The determination may be this:

I hope he is just bad with emails, and/or the shipping carrier is slow or something and I get it soon. Otherwise I guess I have no recourse but to contact the local authorities down there.

When I received the marker it was not an '05 speed ,but rather an '04 speed, and I had it checked out by my local paintball store and found it the bolt and ram both need replaced on it. He also only sent me 3 backs for the pipe kit, and no front. He refuses to return my money or do anything to resolve the situation.
He lives in Clermont Florida. I strongly recommend noone does business with him.
