I want to oil my angel but I can't remove the macroline. Do I just yank it out or what?

push the collet down, and then pull on the macro-line, it should slide right out.

ok, im gonna try to explain this. here it goes, the collet the little part on the end of the fitting, it moves in and out if you pull on it. you have to push that down, then pull the macro line out. do a search on this topic, i belive i made a thread just like this one.

when you look at the macroline fitting you'll see a small piece that looks like it comes away from the fitting, that's the collet. it should slide down when there is no pressure in the lines.

push it in, hold it, and pull on the macroline.

what did you push down?
when you push the collet down the macro line should come out, if it doesn't try using a pair of pliers, sometimes you need to get a really good grip on them. Another to try is try using something hard like pliers to hold the collet down, sometimes you get the macro line locked in there, and you really have to hold the collet down to get it out.

I hate macro line, hard to pull out. I know how to do it, but my hands slip on the crappy smooth plastic, and my pliers smashed it!

The stock macroline fitting that come stock with angels are not very good. They eat the crap out of the end of the macroline, it all gets cut up and every thing. Don't worry I used to have the same problem, but now I have a steel braided line. I would suggest getting new macroline fittings.
