2-3 drops in the bottom of the regulator is all you really need.

In the line or in the fitting...once you gas it up it goes through the gun the same.

in actuality you might want to wait until the next oil service. You really only need to do it about every 8-10k shots. However since WDP notoriously packages their markers with a large amount of grease you probably don't need to worry about it right now.

if you feel like oiling the bottom of the regulator or in the fitting then go right ahead but emmits right u shud really wait to liek 8-10 k shots

I use WDP Love Juice grease. You can also use Dow 33 (aka Shocker Lube).

there's an oil and 2 greases

1 grease is for the marker the other grease is meant for the AIR.

I never saw anywhere in the manual that says, the gun tells me it needs grease or lube. Am I missing something? (what page?)

Emmit

it's not in the manual, when you've reached a certain number of shots on the counter the marker will give you a maintenance message telling you to oil it or grease it.

Emmit, when I turn my marker on it says LP V2 for a short time. Is this a message of some kind?

nope...that's the software version, just like the MEM version on the IR3.

all 4's in circulation are V2, no worries.

If there were to be a V3, how would we go about updating the board? I bought mine from a Master Tech, if that helps. Would we be able to just send it in? I'm not too sure that is covered under warranty but if it's new, I gotta have it!
