If you absolutely must change regs, go with a Sidewinder. The mini reg should work fine for you.

Stabilizers are nice, the sidewinder and Air america messiah are also great regs. Also, the stock miniregs are horrible on recharge, almost the slwest out there. Miniregs are very consistent, but at high rates of fire they shoot down a little. Same goes for the lpr on an angel.

If you dont want to use the minireg, go with either the Sidewinder(as WarpedX mentioned) or try the new CP regulator, I hear it works well with Angels and looks better on it than most other regs.

MINI REG WDP does a great job on them and there is no reason you should replace it...
