new adjustment peice

I got a new AIR last week,and it has a new peice added on to the adjustment screw.

One of the tools from my Angel tookit fits on it, but it is not very convinient and very hard to turn.

Does anyone know what its for??

are you saying the retaining nut is raised? that just means you've got the newer style reg, that's not for any adjustments. You'll still make all your adjustments with the grub screw in the front of the retaining nut.
