I just switched over from a MacDev Conquest air system, to an Angel Air. My questions are:
1. How the heck do I turn it on? I push the membrane button and the display lights up, but no air goes into the marker.
2. How do I vent all the air from the cylinder?

1) The grub screw in the front of the regulator is what regulates the air into the marker, the more you screw it in the higher the psi going into the marker will read.

2) Just behind they fitting for your macro line is the safety vent.

The manual should answer any other questions you have: http://www.angel-owners.com/manuals/air/

when you want to release all the air from the cylinder for removal (required to rebuild the reg) you'll need to just let it release to atmosphere...remove the hose from the minireg and then just screw in the adjustment screw until the air starts flowing out and then let it sit for a few minutes until it's all gone. Eventually all the air will be released and you can remove the bottle (it should only be hand tight)

all the button does it light up the digital display to show tank pressure, output pressure, and calculated shots left (if you've calibrated the feature).

The small screw on the front of the reg body makes all your adjustments.
