Help!

The top portion of the stock feedneck either shrunk or the threads were stripped because it slides on and off the bottom part with no resistence and will not screw into the threads provided.

Furthermore, the top portion is completely stuck to the feedneck of the Egg 2. It will not budge at all. I've tried fire, ice, pliers and a knife. Nothing will get it off.

I need suggestions. I've duct taped the top to the bottom and it works to a degree, but that's just tacky.

I will probably have to buy a new clamping rise for it, but I don't want to be forced to do it 2 days after buying this damn thing.

I feel your pain, happen to me too just buy aftermarket neck I have CCM Love it. WDP threads suck when they get ripped out but Frazer told me it was made that way not to damaged marker or hopper. Impulse necks will work well they are a little bigger makes for tight fit.

No you don't understand, the stock neck is two piece (so you can access the gated feed). The top part is completely and unequivocally stuck to the egg 2. The bottom part won't budge as far as removal is concerned. I don't even care about the bottom part, I want to know why the **** the feedneck stripped from such little stress and why it has sealed over the Egg2, which was fitting just fine on it before.
