Cobra doesn't make the Thumb screw anymore. Anyone know where i can find one?
I have an older style AIR that this would work in.
Thanks

I saw them over on Mo's paintball as I myself am looking for one. Didn't get a chance to see if they actually had them i stock yet http://www.mospaintball.com/detail.asp?pid=39740

Yeah I ordered one from MO's. Only to find out they were out of stock....when I got my order!
I really hate that. When something is on a website, you place the order adding some small stuff you probably wouldn't have bought. They send the order. And the only part you wanted is out of stock!
Cobra isn't making them anymore :-(

I tell you what. I hate having to pull out an allenwrench everytime I have to adjust my AIR. I have come up with a solution. Just find the same type of screw that fits into the adjustment screw, find the corresponding allenwrench for it, cut about half an inch-1 inch of the allen with a dremel. Then find a knob or a screw that you can rig on that. I suggest knobs for guitars because they have an internal set screw on them already. Then just dab a little locktight at the bottem of the adjustment screw or something stronger if you want and presto. Your own bootleg cobra knob.

Who says this is something for the tournies? I think it is something that is nice to have for the weekends. I wouldnt mind having the allen at tourney, but on the weekend practices where you play every game 5 minutes apart, it is not a bad thing to have a little convinience.

even if you don't attach it in to the air, if you put it on a key chain , at least it would be easy to find and use quickly. Good tip.
Just a note: Allen keys are usually made from hardened steel so they will be hard to cut with a hack saw. Try a bolt cutter instead.

Thats why I use a dremel. I like it because it is easy to use on the field.
