I know you said you charged the battery, but with so many problems coming from it, I have to say to charge it even more, sorry if you've heard that one already. Try another tank on it also, this might be one of the cases that just needs the new solenoid to perform. You could also try to up the lpr a little too.

Perhaps its your tank reg, check it with another tank if you have one around, or also try upping the pressure out the the 'Geddon from 350 to maybe 500, and adjusting velocity w/ the minireg and/or the dwell.

I'd go with an output of 550 from the Geddon like Costa said, then bump the lpr to 70psi and dwell at 11ms

What's your LPR recharge like? 60 does sound a bit on the low side. I think the recommended LPR with the large volumizer is 70-75.

ken crane said that an optimal lpr/dwell setting was 60-65/17-18, so it should be working fine. try upping the pressure?

ummm i was always told 80...60 seems a little low anyways....and that Dwell is way above average...sry Dogsniffme......

The mentioned things are all good things to check, but why do you want your LPR so low? Are you trying to get it to pinch? Put one more shim in and see if it goes away.

I believe you, that information isn't a secret. But when you get drop off, there's nothing you can do except add a shim.
