Every lpr is different, but make sure you have adequate pressure going into the marker first. I'm not sure what the speed's procedure is, but on previous angels, you needed to put 500psi into the marker to set the lpr correctly.
I'm sure someone will post the speed's setting pressure, so set your reg up to that, then try setting your lpr. If it's still low, toss in another shim.

Ok, try to get your speed lpr at 70 or 75.
There are a lot of shims in there, that's normal.
Look at the shims, some should be thinner than others. There should be 2 types, a 5psi and a 10psi shim. You may have to use process of elimination to figure out which is which.
When you get done with your LPR make sure you set your dwell to 11ms (3 green and 1 gold light).
Then charge your gun for 8 hours and go play.

thanx rob and warpedx that really helps me out.
Im actually gonna run with 2 LONG 3sum volumisers so the pressure i used into the gun was about 300psi since its the pressure that will be used after...is this ok or i gotta set it with a higher pressure in?

the volumizer on the lpr side probably won't affect you much at all, but it would ballance out the look of the gun.
I think if you put about 500 psi into the minireg that should work great, as far as setting your lpr, you can set 350 psi into the gun directly or from your minireg and you'll get a good setting.
