Angel AIR?

What is the deal with all this I have been reading about on the Angel AIR???? I was reading up on the AIR and came across somthing that states you must fill slowly or it damages the reg. I also read that you must ensure you turn down the output b/f filling. Is this info true??????? Could I do damage to my AIR if I do not follow certain guidelines?????? Flash filling any tank is bad, but especially for the AIR. If there is to much back pressure you can blow out an o-ring. So you should start of the fill slow. I'm not sure about turning down the output before filling. I fill it at the field during games and never turned it down during a fill. At the shop it's always turned down all the way. I haven't had problems with it, but might want to ask a tech.

sometimes if you dont turn it down it wil leak out the bleed the side hole, always start out the fill slow i have blown my seals before, you can get an adapter from cobra that slows it automatically
