word on the streets is that Vicious, now known as Diesel, handed Dynasty their posteriors outa the gate this morning to start of the Finale with a bang. Apparently they dropped both Ollie and Alex off the break....not bad the #1 seeded Novice team taking on the #1 seeded Pro team....

None of them had ever been ranked before, this is their first year playing together....they will win the Series title just by making Quater Finals, and then will bump to Am next season....logical progression.

hey it happens. u can lose players off the break and be screwed for the rest of the game. dynasty will bounce back and most likely win the tourny. but vicious err...i mean diesel is a really good team. so why'd they change their name to diesel??

that's the way it's always been. You always play teams that are not in your division...


as for teh Vicious/Diesel thing....apparently there was some politics behind it, and if the story I heard is true then there's some really crappy politics behind it. However I'm not going to spread rumors. Yes Vicious/Diesel is a great team, they'll win the Series and play Am next season no worries.

Dynasty made the cut, Strange made the cut. Joy Division is #1 seed going into Quarters....but I think the most surprising thing is....Bad Company #2:shocked:

Diesel made it too, so they win the Series by making the cut to Quarter Finals! Way to go Diesel.

dynasty played another novice team called ultra. dynasty asked them if they wanted their meat extra crispy and uhh you couldnt call it a game. yea well my team played static(they won AM division), and being the first time we ever played 7-man format seriously we got our bootays handed to us...=(

I dont mean this as a flame, but alot of people there liked Dynasty as do I. But you wonder sometimes about calls on the field. And why people are astonished when another team beat them or that Ollie got shot out right away 2 games in a row, if my memory is right, watched way to many games, to remember order. And nothing against refs but when you see one of their players moving the tape line out with his foot before game or another in back bunker shooting with his foot over tape and people in stands yell at refs just to be ignored. And I know they have a different line of site than us, so who is to say which is right . But when you have a ref with the players arm band up in the air and the players gun up in the air and he gets b-balled 5 times it makes u wonder sometimes outcome of games. And I do believe they are they greatest team out there, but please dont disregard another team cause they beat them, the deserved that win and earned it, and were a good solid team all thru the tourney, and not just by luck.

according to a very reliable source, he was in fact shot and continued to play on:wink: Apparently the guy in said bunker had shot Alex and then started looking inside for more targets when Alex came running down the tape, however no 1-1 was assesed and the player in that picture was removed as well. In the end it doesn't really matter because Dynasty still lost and Diesel checked in 3 live.

They were roughed up by local team Rage. In the end, it doesn't matter. It seems as if they just worry about making the cut and then really pour it on, which is rather smart of them to do.
