Hey guys, i only shoot about 7 bps, should my 68 ci 4500 psi crossfire tank be able to recharge fast enough? Would it be wise to use my 88ci 4500 psi pure energy tank? thanxs guys, i just wana make sure my gun dosent EVER shoot low, and i like the crossfire tank more than the pure energy cuz its lighter + smaller.Allot more comfortable.

it's not your tank

check your LPR, it's either not a high enough pressure, or it's creeping (ie not recharging fast enough). The other possibility is the hammer might be loose

So it dosent matter what tank i use? Both will work well?

your tank is fine, the angel is designed to work with adj. tanks, or preset. check your lpr pressure, its prolly too low. whats your dwell set at and what type of weather conditions are you playing in?

correct in assuming your tank won't affect the shootdown you say you're getting. I've run various NitroDuck presets on my Angels in the past, and never had any shootdown problems at all. The problems I did have with shootdown were related to a bad LPR (my LPR was creeping ie not recharging fast enough). So as stated you need to verify your LPR pressure. Also when you put the LPR guage on it, give it a few shots as fast as you can, see how long it takes your LPR to return to its set pressure, if it's bouncing right back up your LPR is okay it probably just needs to be shimmed. Your LPR pressure should be between 85-90 on the LCD's. Even if it's there you might need to up it just a little, when I was having a little bit of the shootdown problems the guys at Warped told me to up it a little closer to 95. So give that a shot and see what happens, but whatever you do make sure you check it with a LPR guage each time!

also make sure you have an input of 500 psi on your gun. if using the mini reg bring the pressure adjusting screw out to allow 500 psi to by pass the reg. this has to be done with an ADJUSTABLE TANK
