LCD Screen & Charger Problem

Just bought a used 2002 Dark Angel LCD, without a manual. (yes I have downloaded one...but too late) Marker was working fine, plugged it into car charger, but did not turn it to safe mode first. Now nothing comes up on LCD, but the backlite come on. I have seen similar question on here, and have tried all the tips that were there, but none have worked. None of the tips were followed up with note that it is the one that worked. Any ideas, or do I have to get it to a tech for a board replacement. Thanks in advance

is the LCD screen loose on the board? Check that. Also attempt to charge it for about 15-20 minutes again while the switch is in the "on" position. After that time unplug the marker, turn it off, count to 20, then turn it back on, what happens? Make sure that your car is running when you start to charge it. Give these ideas a try and see what happens. As for a tech to do a board replacement, any of our Sponsors can do that, and they all do an excellent job.

Yes, make sure that your LCD screen is not loose. It has to be connected right, to work.
