Hey everyone, we are a five-man team (with six players total) and we want to enter 7-man events next season. We will be playing rookie. We are all "older", between 21 and 35 years old and we are all fully self-sufficient. We all have our own equipment, own transportation, and our own money.

We are located in Orange County and Oceanside, with one player living in Santa Clarita (me). We currently practice primarily at Camp Pendleton, but occasionally practice at other So Cal fields (Calif Pball Park and SC sometimes).

We have no sponsors at this point, but will have either a paint sponsor or very good discount on paint (by the pallet hopefully) for next season. We may have a sponsor that will provide us with jerseys, or part of the cost of jerseys.

Anyone considering this should probably live between southern Los Angeles and Oceanside. Anywhere inbetween would be fine.

We are a very tight group, so anyone considering will have to be able to gel with the team. If you can get past our parking lot humor and trash talking, then you'll fit in fine.

What are we looking for?

Personality - Gotta be easy going and know when to shut up and listen.

18 y.o. or older (preferably 21 for Vegas tourneys!) - Sorry, but no one can be responsible for you if we travel.

Financially self-sufficient - a J-O-B or other source of disposable income. If you're looking for a free ride, go elsewhere. This isn't your chance to get free stuff.

Equipment self-sufficient - your equipment has to be tournament level (WDP preferred, but not required) and in good working condition, i.e., don't show up to practice looking for a tech to work on your marker for free.

Transportation - gotta have your own source of transportation, i.e., a car, and be willing to travel for practices (no more than an hour or two).

Reliable - We are realistic and understand that many players cannot practice every weekend. We try to practice as a team at least once every three weeks. We all play on our own in between practices. However, if you can't make more than half of the dates selected for team practices, you don't play.

And now, to playing ability.

We're looking for a front or front/mid. You gotta be a quick player, preferably a smaller player. We don't need any offensive lineman trying to make the 50. We have that already and it ain't working!

You gotta be able to listen, communicate, and move when told. This means, you need to be mature enough to listen to your back player, but easy going enough to remember that this is a game, and our goal is to have fun first, and win second.
