What do you guys do for ball protection? I got made fun of by some amateur team for wearing a cup and they said they just go without any protection. What do you guys do to keep things safe?

man, don't care what anyone says, i wear a cup. This guy i know who is also an amateur, and he was reffing this sunday. He got shot in his right nut. He started crying, and passed out. We rushed him to the hospital. Hes on vicadine for the week. Some scary ****. now he is gonna wear his cup every time we play.

i wear dye slider shorts it has a soft cup.....thankfully it has never been put to use(very.....very close tho)

Meh....I've been shot there 5 times now...First time I fell down and layed there now I just walk/stumble it off.

I've done the towel thing when reffing but I haven't taken one there yet while playing (knock on wood) and don't wear anything. Now my son took one there not to long ago and it doubled him over in mid stride. I thought I was gonna die I was laughing so hard.

I do the towel thing all the time.....it's allowed by all Rules systems, most classify it as other gear. Works great and promotes bounces sometimes:bigthumbb

never been shot there.......*knock on wood*..........couldnt imagine the pain tho
