OK... I just did the magnetic trigger mod and it's freakin' awsome. My only problem now is that the side-to-side play is significantly longer than the forward-backward travel. I was considering shimming the trigger (I know to do it on the opposite side of the sensi wires) and was wondering what type of material everyone would suggest. I was thinking of cutting a piece out of a coke can 'cuz that might be just about the right thickness. Just tell me what you have used in either your angel, other guns or anything that you've heard that just sounds good.

First of all im curious of this magnetic trigger mod, got pics or instructions? I used aluminum tape to shim the trigger on my matrix, you can find it at any hardware store.

sweet... that sounds perfect... I'll prolly pick that up at the same time I get some DOW 33 lube and KC oil. The thread to the version of the mod that I did is right here:

Pics and instructions are near the top of page 2.

I liked this one the best because you can still screw with the TOW without removing the mod, even though it is a little more of a pain.

If you're interested in the eraser or screw versions of the mod, try these:

Screw-
Basically the same as the eraser version, except you end up screwing a hollow hex screw with the magnet on it into the TOW hole.

I did a thread similar to this a while ago. Do a search and you should find it along with the answer to your question.
