Another volumizer question?

I ordered a set of w/s shank volumizers for my speed. I know that the one on the lpr side is just for look. My question is on the exhaust valve side once the end cap is removed what holds the bobbin in place? Do you guys use some kind of washer or do the threads from the volumizer hold the bobbin in place. Thanks

It's held in place by the "lip" of the volumizer.
