does the 6 month warranty start when u send in the card or the actual date of purchase? just wanted to know...thanks.

I'm pretty sure it's from the date of purchase you put on the card.

i recieved my speed as a gift so i dont have a proof of purchase. does this mean i get no warranty?

I doubt it. I mean people get gifts all the time. Just put the date you got it on the card. And if you have to send it in put a note in with it explaining the situation.

actually i think the warranty starts when you purchase the gun because most of the techs ask for a copy of the recipt so they can see when it was bought to get warranty work done on it.

Could we get a answer from a master tech maybe?


1) Can you still get your warranty if you never got a reciept( aka got your speed as a gift) My dad never thought of keeping the reciept.

2) If so.. What do you put on your card b4 you send it in.
