Mine does not seem to function, since initial charges I have played with the gun for 4 months including 1 tourney and the battery life indicator still reads Full. I am guessing this is wrong and something is not functioning correctly. Is there a 'reset' button of sorts for the chip to default programming and possibly correct this?

the battery status is absolutly useless :)
I did not see any speed where it was working correct.
The demon of a friend won`t even shot cause the battery is almost empty and the status says "all lights on"

Well that is an eye opener, well providing it is a Nmhi I guess charging whenever can't hurt. Give it a 4 hour charge once a month or 2. Too bad it doesn't work properly.

i charge my speed after every day of play becuase it i dont i get FSDO. the battery doesnt output enough of a charge to power the noid if it drops below a certain voltage which is why so many people have fsdo problems. that new 3 volt noid thats on the a4 is suppost to fix this problem.
oh and the indicator is messed. it doesnt work at all heh so dont even bother with it

Yea the battery indicator is absolutly useless. Just keep rough track of how you shoot and charge it about every 8k or so.
They say charge by shots you take...
150,000 from a full cycle etc...
Does that include if you just click the trigger when it isn't gassed up, and you just hear the solenoid click?

Every time you pull the trigger with battery power on.
Damn, that explains a lot!
I go through batterys fast heh...
But I got that wall adapter now so I don't care.
Thanks

where did you find your wall adapter? how much? can you use any output charging unit?
I got mine from Radio Shack
Price: sorry - don't even remeber
All you do is plug it in the wall and stick your angel car charger in and connect it to the gun.

Cobra has one and Warped used to as well. You're looking for a 120vac to 12vdc converter with the cig. style plug.
Here's a link to a thread on here listing the Radio Shack Part Number of one some people are using:
