Running with speed.

How do you guys hold your speed when you running off the break... For example lets say your playing front and you want to make it to the 50. How do you successfully hold your gun without tapping the trigger?

I know how I do it... I wan't to know if there are any tricks to it though.

By the gripper. But I'm to old and slow to play front so I'll stay with insert.

i just hold the lower half of the frame. its pretty long and i can hold on fairly well. just hold it straight down on the side thats not showing to the other team if im going to a certain side.

If you have one of the super-sensitive triggers that fires when you tap the gun ( like my friend's impulse), as soon as the game is called fire one round into the ground and hold the trigger in until you get to your destination. After that, just let go and start ripping.

ive seen a lot of different stuff.

first my fav for fronts the run with gun in hand away from other team and other hand by face for increased chance of bounce.

second less pratcial i think. held by teh reg supposedly it helps to balance for a superman.

my personal favorite cause i am a back player the walk and gun. just find where you think people will go and lane the crap out of it as you walk to your first bunker. its also a good technique for when it gets down to one on one.

that's also a pretty common choice amongst the Pro's.......although we played a tourney at the beginning of the year where the refs stated if they saw you do it, they were gonna pull you:doh: not too much of that going on that day:lol:

i just dont pull the trigger...its called being able to control your gun. :)

i have my lower 3 fingers on the lower grip, my thumb in the thumb grip and my index finger is extended and wraps aroung the front of the trigger guard

That's ingenious Dark-I've always wondered why they were called "grip frames"!Logically this is my choice as well-just in case i have to take out my mirror on the slide in.

Paintballa-isn't it hard to run with it between your legs-Sorry but you left yourself open for that-almost on purpose!Hmm?!?
