Hey,

I got my air for my ir3 last night. It took me long enough to find out how to turn it on. LOL, i thought it would all be digital and ****. O well...

My question is van you leave A.I.R pressurized? Like can i leave the output pressure high, and not completely turn it off? I do not have the right allan key right now to change it, so i would have to do it at the feild. But just can i leave a almost full tank connected to the gun, and not mess nething up?

LMK , thanks.

it is not recommended as this will leave your Angel pressurized, additionally chances are that you will lose pressure over time, and you will wear out your seals etc.

owning an Angel and not having a set of Metrics is like asking for a serious problem.......I strongly suggest purchasing a metric set, preferably ones with balls on the end, it'll make life so much easier.

the 2 most important metrics you need is a 2.5 and a 3

2.5 adjusts your AIR
3 is the velocity screw on the minireg.

so let's say i back off the 2.5 allen screw on the reg front of the angel air, does the tank still hold air or does this allow air to leak out of the tank / reg? and does unscrewing the 2.5 allen cause me to readjust my output pressure of the reg when i chrono at the field next time?

the tank will hold air just fine.

and yes if you back that screw out you will have to rechrono (as you should everytime you start your day, and especially when you make changes to your air system)

So is everyone who have angel airs lowering the reg pressure till it turns off ? everytime they want to de air there gun? or is it standard to put a on off valve on it ?if so what kind?

everytime I am done with my day I unscrew the adjusting screw, shoot the remainder of the air out, then turn my Angel off and put it away til next weekend

I agree with Emmit. That seems to be general practice when it comes to shooting an AIR on your Angel. Don't forget to fire your marker a few times after you turn down your ouptut PSI to read Lo-p. Otherwise you will still leave the marker pressurized.

I'm just starting to get into Angel AIR. I used to use a Hyperflow 420 on a LCD. When I was done, i used to on off on the kapp drop i had to realese the left over air in thr gun. The tank usually had a bit of air left in it. Can the AIR do this? Does it have an on off? How long can you leave air in the tank?

Thanks!
