I bought an Angel Air 68/4500 off of a friend used. I went to play paintball yesterday and the guy who was refilling my tank informed me that he could not fill over 2400 because there seemed to be a problem with the tank. I have no clue what the problem is. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this and how i can get it fixed? Would really appreciate any help offered. Thanks!

There were no visible leaks that I nor he could see.

should have asked him what the problem was, i have no idea what would prevent it from filling over 2400 unless it was a leak or maybe a visible deep scratch on the tank so maybe the guy just did it for safety reasons, ask him next time what the problem is

it is a dangerous possibility that your filler was trying to use your air's gauge to fill with. If he/she doesn't use their own gauge and your transducer calibration is off than it could possibly appear to have only filled to 2400... in worst case scenario, that filler had the ability to fill past 4500, pumped it to 4500, observed that the gauge read 2400 and kept pumping it, ending up overfilling... check to make sure that isn't what happened...

it is also possible that the field could only fill to 2400. the problem bieng that they were low on air and dont have a compressor.

have tried to get it filled at another place?

Well its a good thing the problem wasnt described vaguely or anything, but this is how you fix it......Take the tank and hit the field guy in the head with it really hard...when he falls down...continue to fill it yourself to 4500. Hope this helps
