I have only heard good things about the Shock, but I use the New Dezigns and have no complaints.

new Dezigns bolt is so good get 1 they shoot just as god as the shocktech but they are a little cheaper

i got the shocktech cuz my stock bolt always swelled up in hot weather, no probs from the shocktech, nice and smooth, no consistency problems

thanks for all your comments, i have both bolts cas i got them for free, but i was just wondering which one is better... i switch on adn off with each one ..hehe
