help!! board stuck in Mode B

hey guys, i picked up my gun today to go shoot stuff cause i was lazy to pull the trigger 18 times a second and i tried to put it in mode A , Full Auto, but it wont go. All of a sudden it wont get out of mode B. Its not tourney locked cause ive never had one done. I can alter the MROF and all that good stuff but the mode just wont change. Any ideas guys? thanks

oops, forgot to say, its a 2k2 LCD, and it shoots awesome in mode B, it just wont switch to anything else.

has it ever been able to switch into the other modes? some LCD boards were locked.

emmit do you know where i should go to get it looked at or something and how much it might cost? i have warped sports really close to me but its not a dark angel so i dont know if they would take a look at it.

unlocking the board isn't a big thing and they shouldn't charge for it.....give them a call and see if they can do it.

ya i no how to program it cause i set my dwell and maximum bps the same way but it just wont switch modes. Its frusterating considering the pro angel shop near me charges around 20 bucks to check to see if its teh tourney lock and another 15 to take it off. so im waiting to see if anyone has any suggestions if they had the same problems. thanks guys

IMO, it is rediculous to pay a store over $30 to do something that takes less than 2 minutes. I would suggest getting a used datalink kit on here for around $40, and most people will be able to tell you how to unlock the modes with it since you can't do it with the software that comes on the disc.

dont give them the 20$ for seeing if its tourney locked, just give them the 15 to unlock it

You need to use the datalink and using hyperterminal enable enhanced modes by typing in NICKELS2
Afterwards you can proceed to mess with all other things with apps such as SexyAngel.

Full auto is only for backyard rambos and Chris Lasoya's anyway :tongue: I don't know man just send it to one of the sponsors i suppose

ya ive never tried to use full auto before. i just decided i wanted to see what it was like lol. well thanks for all the help guys. I guesss ill pick up a data link. :)
