if it's an LCD it's obviously used....

charge it and air it up.....then go have fun. That's the first thing I'd recommend. If it's having any issues then come ask. It's really hard to tell you all the bad things that could happen (it'd just scare you anyways), hopefully the previous owner had good experiences with it, and it sending it good condition.

OK, I'm in this boat too. 2000 Dark LCD. First day out with it, she was inconsistant (+/- 50 fps at times), and she wouldn't go above 210 fps. Additionally, she chopped pretty bad, and caused me to go back to my roots... I played pump the rest of the day, and actually played better. Now, granted, the pump gun is my crutch right now - it's what I've been comfortable with, but these gun troubles are too much.

My understanding is that the gun sat for over a year without being used. I've seen a few other places mention cleaning the exhaust valve and LPR, as well as taking a look at the inline reg. I'm also going to swap the tank just to make sure it's not that. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!

if it sat for a year with no use etc, you should send it for a good tune up. It probably needs to be cleaned internally, and greased as well as maybe replacing some o-rings that have dried up from sitting for so long. A complete tune up is my suggestions, and Angelparts.com's store isn't too far from you. Send it to Eric.
