Hey guys, I just got back from a day of ballin at the field. I just wanted to tell you how it shot, perfomed etc.
First off, this thing rips. Its so fast, it doesn't really compare to anything else. I just goes with little effort, and there isn't really any bounce on it either.
The accuracy of the 4 is way better then my Ir3. They Ir3 had a fairly large (not huge just not small) spray pattern. The 4 has a very nice tight pattern. It's not ball on ball accuracy, but its close. It also shoots alot flatter than an Ir3, but its not that absolute flat trajectory that everyone want. However, that doesn't really matter as long as its consistant and accurate, which it is. It's also very light and small, and easy to play/manuever with. It was also pretty consistant over the chrono shooting low 270's.
Once I was on the field this thing screams. I didn't play too well before lunch time, probably because I wan't used to the gun, and I haven't played in about a month. After lunch I played alot better. I got alot of chances to really open it up and see what it could do. Once I was used to it, I was utterly impressed. It has the ability to shoot so fast very accurately, that its just crazy.
The best part is that throught the whole day, I didn't get one chop, or one barrel break. It shot like a dream. My setup is a Halo B TE, and a 45/45 Angel AIR.
I am very happy with the way it performs, WDP really hit it with this marker. Its unbelievable. I hope that all of you who are waiting have the same success that I did. It was worth the wait.

JT - I have no Idea, completely forgot to check. I forgot to reset my trip counter. I just went and filled. It's better than my Ir3 though. If I had to guess, i was getting around 1000 shot or a little under to a tank. Thats with the medium volumiser on.
I ordered my marker from Angel Service Center (russ).
I also thought I'd add that, it was shooting 23-25bps all day, not quite the 28 we hit at Paintball Wizard, but still very very fast.
I can't wait until my comes :(

Just to add my 2 cents:
I had one chop in the morning (old Paint) but was able to clear it pretty well. I would be careful with the trigger offset as it can get pretty out of hand. The gun is noyt only the best angel I have shot, it is the smoothest, and I didn't even use any of the 3sums. This gun is the best marker WDP has ever made and there is zero comparison to any other gun.
Idiotkid-- what mode were you using? I was in semi2 all day sat and sun.

thanks for the info idiotkid
kdog- what do you mean by trigger off set?

It is the d-boucne setting. Like the was board timmies and others also I hear . Where the trigger bounce allows players to have a turbo mode (legal but sketchy).

K-Dog, I was in Semi2 as well. I figure if it works great leave it, I may expiriment next weekend with the different modes becuase I will have more time then.
I again forgot to add that while test shooting saturday morning, it pinched a ball. I was shooting old evil, and an empty shell (no paint was ever in it) fell into the breech. When the other ball fed, it only went in about half way, I was surprised to see that it pinched. I'm not complaining, this angel is just full of welcome surprises.

Indeed
The first couple thousand shots will get rid of excess grease and you will see an improving consistency

acsik and kdog- if u guys have shot speeds, how would u rate the 4's performance to that of the speed? is it about the same? i just want to get an HONEST opinion from someone who has actually shot both. thanks.

Aight
The performance is the same, the difference is the trigger! The A4 triger is different from the Speed trigger. For me its easier to shoot fast the A4 than the Speed, but no matter what the real performance limitator is your finger! Oh and you absolutely need a HALO dont experiment with the eggo or you're holding back your gun. (actually SENSI does :) )

I agree with acsik. To me this gun was way easier to rip than my speed. I'm not sure why....I loved my speed that gun was so fast, but this gun seems fast and smoother. Maybe the wheels help me feel better because it is dialed in so easily. I know some people say they are the same but I don't see them as the same performance wise.

It may be the debounce setting it was on or its the different trigger (I think its the later) But its ridiculosly easy to shoot fast!

Did you set the trigger really short, like one mm? Or longer?

No!
Atually what helped is that they moved the trigger more forward, so you dont have to bend your fingers too much to use it. It makes it way easier to shoot!

Pete were you using the pipe kit on it?I assume you got it seeing that i never heard from you!

Yes I was using the pipe kit. I shot it with the stock barrel, and the pipe kit. Both worked really well. Thanks for the kit again it worked out well.
