Look at the back of the gun. There will be a nob sticking out on the right side. Pull it back and twist it 180 degrees. What that does is pull a rod out, unlocking the breech so that it can be flipped open. If when you do this the breech still does not open, start to screw the nob in. That will lessen the slack and pull the rod back further when you release.

I believe theres one on the front too but i will tell u this,
its a b!tch re-aligning that breach, personal experiance.

But anyways. if u look at the front of the gun, theres a screw on the right side between the cap and barrel, im pretty sure that has something to do with it

Oh, I am sorry, I misunderstood. I cannot directly answer that question, but you could try removing the frame to see if you can find something obstructing the rod. I suggest you bring it into a store or show someone knowledgeable about angels' your problem and have him/her show you what to do.

no certified angel tech will touch your angel is you put an aftermarket breech in it... just lettin ya know

If you insist on taking the breech off...Once the two grub screws are removed you can take out the two rods that connect with the breech by taking one of the long thin allen screws that holds the 14-way down in the marker and threading it into the end of the rod, they should be threaded, and pulling the rod out of the front and out of the back. You can pull them all the way out if you wish, but pulling them out just enough to clear the breech should be sufficient. Just as an FYI, as someone else has already mentioned, realigning the breech can be a bitch. But the best way that I have found is to place the breech back in the slot on the marker and push the rods back into the appropriate channels on the breech and adjust the depth of the grub screws until it is tight, but loose enough to allow the breech to rotate out.

Why are you trying to remove your breech?

If you're looking for help the least you can do is read what people write. What makes you think that sticking an allen key into the hole where the grub screw was and pounding on it with a hammer is going to do you any good. There is not one rod holding the breech in, there are two. One from the front and one from the back. Read what I posted before and try it again.

Actually I was mistaken...it isn't the sight rail allen screws that you need to use, but the 2mm solenoid screws, just be real careful with them.
1. Take the grub screws out.
2. Take off your sight rail.
3. Take out one of the 14-way solenoid screws.
3. Carefully try and thread the screw that you just took out of your solenoid in through the hole where the grub screw was until it threads into either the front or rear breech rod.
4. Pull very gently.

When you get the pin/rod out, take it with you to your local RC shop & ask them for a control rod that will fit (screw in), that way you don`t have to mess with your solenoid screws again.

You don't need to mess with the solenoid screws at all actually. If you prefer you can just go to a hardware store and pick up a 2mm screw, I'd say at least an inch long. It's just that not many of us have 2mm screws laying around, which is why I suggested the 14-way screws. At least they will always be accessbile and not prone to getting lost or broken in a tool kit of some kind.

But good idea though.

Glad it worked out. Sorry for the initial confusion between the sight rail screws and the 14-way screws...it's been quite a while since I had to do anything involving removing my breech.

Pulse - Who's wrong? Did the 14-way screw work?

Cody - You're right, the looks of the 'marker' have no effect on performance when it comes to the marker. It does seem to have an effect on the player using it though. When I know that I can pick up my marker, turn it on, hit what I'm aiming at, and know that whenever I need her...she will be there, ready and willing, and always dependable. That's what makes the difference.

Take care of your ANGELS!

I'm sure what they are referring to is aftermarket plastic breeches, made by system X, I believe. I could understand their concern, because their's may not be made with such strict tolerances as WDP's. I agree that an aftermarket sight rail won't help or hinder performance, but an aftermarket breech could.

for the second time its the stock breech i jus wanted to clean up the breech rod because its rusty and effects how the breech opens and closes so i wanted to jus clean it up i kno that its function over form nothing is wrong

Talon- the 14 way screw idea did work thats how i got it out but i probably wont remove it again its kinda a btch to do but it worked and i took it out and polished and cleaned it up a bit so now the breech opens and closes more freely than before thanx for ure help

Pulse, chill out! I know what you're talking about!!!! What I meant (for the second time) is that at the beginning of this post others inferred that you were going to replace the stock one with an aftermarket one. Read your first post for yourself and see if it isn't just an honest mistake!
