I have a 2003 LCD and my velocity is around 240. I screw the reg screw in and out and the velocity does not seem to change. Anyone know what is wrong or suggest anything I can try??
Thanks,
ROb

A few questions, what is your input pressure, and what is your lpr set to.

It should say in your manual but I'll try.
-Degas the gun (DDDUUUHHH)
-Remove the Reg
-Using "C" clip pliers remove the C-clip (first thing you see on top of the reg
-Smack the reg against something solid to knock the internals out.
-Inspect the stem seats for wear/damage and you might as well replace the o-rings while you're in there.
-Reassemble being careful to install the springs in the correct order.
But like I said check the manual the instructions should be clearer.
You can also order a minireg rebuild kit from any of the sponsors. It has all the necessary parts and seals.
Agreed check your LPR but with the problem you're describing I'm not sure it would have the effect you're talking about. But yes rule it out as a possible cause before breaking down the minireg.

Do you have C-clip pliers? If not use two picks and some really steady hands. It'll come out.
