Speed or wait for the A4

For Christmas I'm asking for a new gun, should I get the Speed which I hear is a very good gun or wait for the A4?

i would wait for the 4 IMO, but thats just me. its mostly preference on your part. whatever you like the most. they're both amazing guns.

Imo wait for the Angel 4, but it is totaly up to you...
if you want all the extra such as lcd display, timer etc. go for the Angel 4
if you dont want all that.... well do the speed or demon

I think my parents would have had a heart attack if I ever asked them for a $1400 ANYTHING, let alone a toy that shoot projectiles at very high speeds.

It's been said it's personal preference. Like anything else it's a tool. Decide what you're looking for and what's important to you then pick the gun that best matches those needs.

If you're waiting until Christmas, just get the 4. You can never go wrong with too many toys.

wait wat do u mean wait its out now, or atleast it has been out, i saw a wdp tech sellin them last m25 late august/early sept. Anyway its really up to u, theo nly real difference is the lcd and the adjustable trigger.

There are the kids who need jobs to get their paintball equipment, then the kids that have parents who say, "you want that gun, huh... ok!"

Back to your question... i would get the A4, definately... you can always wait. Once you get your speed, you'll probably regret getting an A4... they are good guns, however, the A4 is slightly better.

personal preferance. I'm not selling my speed for a 4 because i wouldnt use the features. If you will then by all means get it

i like the idea (and i say "idea", cuz ive never touched an A4) that the A4 has an LCD and not an LED... You can know how many balls a second you're going.... dark2k2LCD is right... its kind of up to you.

I played with one last night man is that one damn sweet gun. I think it took all of 30 seconds holding it and playing with it before I was sold. Only thing is probably won't be able to get one here until November they said at the shop. What prices have you guys been paying in the states?

oh that soft bolt design, damn is that sweet! And I actually really like the trigger on it great touch to it.

I hope a Red to Black dust fade comes around some time soon!!!

I had one in my hands today at the shop..... Damn... its sweet..!!!
If you dont use the features..... who cares....:D just the looks of the angel 4 are great... smaller, lighter, better milling etc.

A straight shot is type of squeegee (sp)

If you look at the pictures of an A4 upclose like here:

The two wheels above the trigger allow you to dial in the trigger travel forward and backward for both activation distance and overtravel. It makes it so easy to dial in your sweet spot. Add the trigger offfset (bounce setting) and this gun is a machine gun.

And why dont you??? Is it a money issue?? cuz i think everyone is capable of getting either one of those guns... If you want to save for a car, listen to this... YOU'LL NEVER GET A GUN, BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO SPEND ALL YOUR MONEY ON INSURANCE! thats exactly why i bought my speed, drop, hopper, tank, low rise, another hopper, another drop, paint up the rear, air, pack, another pack, pods....what else did i buy...a tippman, CO2 tank, etc. Now that i have all my equippment, i can look into getting a car and paying for insurance (by the way, im almost there)

Ok so the wheels are for the A4 only??? What other gun has wheels ( the speed demon??) hmm... ok, so the Straight Shot is the name of an object? << just to clarify that.

The wheels are new and just on the A4. They were talking about the possibility of adding the wheels for trigger adjustment to other Angels.

I agree toys are important gotta have your fun! Can't take the money with you and society's structured you make you live in debt anyways you might as well enjoy it!! A4 here I come!!!

less parts to break down and just as fast
