Need help with Palm Software

I need help with the Palm Software. I am using a Visor which uses the Palm OS. Everytime I try to send settings to my IR3 I keep getting "old serial manager" message. After click OK to close that message out I get "Fatal Exception" message and than it resets my PDA. Can anyone help me with this? Also, I get the "Fatal Exception" message when I try opening the Players Profile. Please help me

what version of the palm software is on your Visor? (At the main menu screen tap the time at the top>select info>select version and tell me what version of the Palm OS Software you have). You may be running an older (or modified version) of the Palm OS which isn't quite compatible with the software. You may want to try backing up all your info, flashing your Visor's ROM to reset it and then try to reinstall it again to see if it was just a software conflict.
