I just got a new 2k2 LCD and I dont know **** about angels. When I got it, I chrono'd it at 230. So, I backed out the vert. reg screw as far as it would go but it still stayed at 230. Like I said, I dont know anything about angels. The dwell is at 17. I think I might have to raise the dwell. Also, when I shoot fast, there is sometimes shoot down. I use a pmi 4k5 tank. I am confused !

Check you LPR pressure. If memory serves it should be around 87 psi. But I can't swear to that.

your dwell doesn't need to go higher, if anything you might want to lower it a little (14 is the factory defualt)
clean your minireg, that has a lot to do with your velocity issues.
as for the shootdown as previously stated check your LPR pressure it should be between 85-90 psi. Also when you shoot it should snap right back up, not creep up to it's original setting.
But the first thing to do is clean your minireg, that will probably help your LPR problem.

what should you do should you see the pressure creeping back up rather than snapping back?

you should verify that your minireg isn't the problem, and then consider a new LPR.

Sounds like a bad LPR
i had the same problem and my dwell was at 17 too....i brought it down to 13 and its better now. Although i still have yet to fix my LPR and clean my reg.
