IR3 Barrels

I play back and mid, I am looking for a new barrel for my IR3 I shoot a J&J 2 piece and stock, any recommendations on what to get? especially size, thinking about a freak, anyone have any recommendations?

Can't help it I'm partial to DYE. But if you ask me any system with one piece back rather than inserts would do. And about 14 or 16 inch.
