Recommended settings for a MEM 2?

I've recently attained an iR3, it's a mem 2, pretty beat up. I've replaced the COPs sensor and the rod, but I can't find a setting that will let me rip. The sensor passes consistantly past SENS 4, but still isn't shooting all that fast. Any recomendations? I'm running an eVo II, RP premium gold, and a .693 barrel. The bolt is a new stock one as well. Thanks.

Its the COPS 1 software. Trust me, I know. I always used a HALO and just turned cops off. But last time I used the iR3, I had an egg on it, and was forced to use cops. I was hurtin then. Your best bet would be to upgrade to COPS2, get a new board that has the opta trigger and cops2, or get the ACE offered by Warped Sportz LA. The cheapest of these would be the software upgrade, at $35, I believe. Look at the sponsors for this, any one of them can do the upgrade.
