well, i am sad to say, but this will be one of the last times i will be on angel-owners beacuse it seemes that i have been screwed on ebay! the guy i bought my dark ir3 from ran off with my money and it seems that all ebay can do is suspend his account. im pretty sure i will press charges. i will always cherish the time that i spent thinking about my sweet ir3. but well, those times are over now.

How'd you pay? If it was w/ a postal MO, that's called mail fraud. If you paid through paypal, paypal can get your money back. If you sent him a stack of cash, you're done.

Damn man that sux arse. I used www.escrow.com for payment. It protects both parties. but will cost between $25 and $50 for the service. But you wont get screwed over and both parties get what they want.

damn dude that sucks, i bought my ir3 or e-bay i was picky about it too, but i got what i wanted, distpite the guy taking 3 weeks longer than expected i was about to report it to ebay and paypal, ebay can give you his phone number if he put in his real one.

yea i got western uinion-IZED. how do i contact ebay? what is their e-mail address? also, my friend's uncle is on LAPD and he said he could probably pull some strings and do a background check/ people search. thanks for the escrow.com idea! all of your input REALLY helps! THANKS GUYS!!!

well, i got some bittersweet news. there is pretty much nothing i can do to get my money back, so im going to warped sportz on tues to get a new dark ir3. too bad im paying full price, but after shooting some dark ir3s and hearing all the positive thing you guys had to say, i think its well worth it. looks like i will be working a lot this summer lol.
