a 68/4500 what? Pure Energy? AIR? Max Flow? Nitro Duck? Centerflag? etc

there's a million different 68/4500 tanks out there, which reg do you want to use on said bottle?

you should be fine, and the Pure Energy tanks can have the reg springs swapped out so that it will be a LP output tank. Talk to your local pro shop about it, and he can order the kit from PMI
