Does anyone know what the two small set screws in the body, just below the ram are for on a LED. I loosened them when I replaced my hammer, thinking they were used to lock the ram in place. They had loc- tite on them,so I don't know exactly how tight they were, but there are no tell tale marks on the bottom of the ram to indicate that they ever came in contact with it. The manual doesn't even show them as part of the gun. Are they used to lock the ram , or just plugs where something was cross drilled? I don't want to burry them into the ram if they don't need to be.

Are you talking about those little pins? Those are to hold things in place. I know one of holds the guide in place in the gun, but I do not know what the other one is for. Sorry I did not email you back, I didn't check it until last night (Sunday 10/27).

Not unless they changed things. these are 2 "very" small set
screws just under the ram. You have to remove the grip frame to even see them. No sign of them anywhere in the the manual. If you know anyone who really knows their §§§§, ask around for me. I've got a little over a week before I need to lock things down and use it.
Thanks, Mark

Those are the ones, and that's the answer I was hoping for.
