Hi Just got my new clamping lowrise in and it looks nice and is like the a plus one just with diff. milling which is tear drop. Only 1 prob though. I finally got the old one off and the new one on. And originally I sanded down the halo. Now I put the halo on the clamping one and it is hard to tighten on the gun and still spins 9in the lowrise. Should I get a new unsanded shell or is there a certain way to tighten it. I just can't get it very tight. So, should I just get a new shell or is there a certain way to tighten.? Thanks

yep..what's happened is you sanded it down to fit your old feed tube, and now the clamping lowrise can't get small enough on it. time for a new body from Odyssey.......

I thought the same, but What I did was tighten the feed, and jam the halo in. Works for me.

Just get one from www.paintballgear.com or www.paintballdiscounter.com or any paintball site, you don't have to buy everything of the MT's.

what you could do to correct the prblem is just put some elctrical tape around the neck of the Halo to beef it up enough for the feed neck to clamp around it, or buy the new shell, and besides the fly feed neck the A+ neck is the best IMO, just cause it looks stock, and it pretty friggen low.

ok so...ive heard that the ccm no pro 1" is the lowest..or thats what i hear..but can you open ur breach with it? if not i kinda have a solution...i put electrical tape around my eggs neck and jam it into my feed neck and tighten it down, sometimes so tight i cant get it off unless i take the feed neck of..so if people jus want to like semi-permantly put there hopper on there feed, opening the breach would jus mean rotating you hopper/feed neck a few turns, i dunno bout you guys but i dont open my breach on the feild so i think its almost worth it to get the 1" and have to spen a lil more time opening the breach.

you're misundertanding what is CCM means in their warning about not being able to open the breech. its not the hopper in the way, but the actual feedneck itself. and it being so low means that the wider part of the neck actually keeps the breech from opening. the only way to open your breech with that neck means that you have to take the feedneck out of the body (as opposed to just rotating your hopper), and if you loc-tite it in as you should, this will be difficult.
