What are your best IR3 settings (hopper, dwell Cop barrel insert, Air lp out...) for shooting evil paint smoothly, Tourneys I play shoot pmi only:angry:
my ir3 :mem 3 ,cops 1,dwell 17 ,freak 16" ,evo II Y , Apocalypse air...

The dwell can be left at the stock setting. If you feel like changing it, take it to 16 or so, it'll make your angel a little gentler on paint. Don't get too tight a fit on the barrel, that will make barrel breaks more likely.
OK, just saw your dwell, should have no problems with brittle paint. I maxed out my cops mrof, and left the regular one at 17.

This is what I've used:

Dwell: 11
CMROF: 20 (of course)
MROF: 16
SENSE: 8
BAS: 20 (sorry COPS 2)
Hopper: Egg 2 W/ Y-Board
Barrel: .688 Ultralight, shoots straight as an arrow with about a 3 FPS window at the chrono.

I've been shooting both brands of Evil (retail and Ultra) with a dwell of 16.....insert in the Freak usually ranges from at least a 689 all the way to a 695 (Ultra is HUGE!!!!)

yeah, i usually shoot regular evil, but when i started shooting the ultra i was shocked..the things are massive

Given the choice would you rather shoot Ultra or Hellfire when the money was "on the line"?

since their both abotu the same price....

I'd have to say Ultra beaks more, but sometimes I find the white shell hard to see....so it's a toss up...I'd probably shoot the Ultra
