View Full Version : My First IR3
I got my new IR3 yesterday and i have a few questions:
Where are the places to lube and not lube on the gun?
Where do i take it if it says "Oil Service Reccomended?"
What are the reccomened upgrades?
Thanks

don't do anything to the marker....
go read the manual....
you don't need to take it in for an "oiling"

find a local player who has a angel and ask them, most people have been in the same situation and would be more then happy to help you.
i am looking for upgrades, what site has the biggest selection?

I'll try and give you some answers:
1 and 2. When it says "Oil Service Recommended" put two or three DROPS of Love Juice in the hose attachment point on the minireg, and one drop in the valve exhaust hole. Air up the gun and fire it about 40 or 50 times. Take out the bolt ,wipe it down as well as the rest of the gun and you're done.
3. Upgrades really are not necessary because there mostly cosmetic. I would however get a tool kit if you don't already have one. They're worth their weight in gold when it comes to working on your gun.

A snatch grip is another usefull add-on. Makes carying your gun on and off the field a lot more comfortable.

pbgear has the largest selection of upgrades, but I don't reccomend you get anything performance wise besides a bolt or a detent. Everything else is mainly cosmetic.
For repair parts, the sponsor have everything you could want or need.

Merged all 3 of your threads.
Get a Speed bolt and might wanna replace the plastic breech knob that will eventually break. Other than that just let it rip.
